The kind of learning your brain used before you had language. A time when you were feeling your way into growth and development.<\/p>\n<p>This method has something for any person ready to learn something new about themselves. \u00a0Cynthia Allen describes it so well in her Huffington Post article: \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/cynthia-allen\/extreme-sports-meets-feldenkrais_b_12389890.html\">Extreme Sports Meets Feldenkrais<\/a>. \u00a0When we learn something new about ourselves we grow in all aspects of our lives. \u00a0We feel better!
